Purpose: handling your enquiry, assessing a possible cooperation or application, and communicating the next steps.
Legal basis for employer enquiries: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Recipients: authorised BUMIN personnel and technically necessary contracted service providers. Data is shared with employers or authorities only where required for the requested process and after you have been informed.
Retention: enquiries are kept only as long as necessary for handling and evidence; application data is retained for no more than 180 days by default. Longer talent-pool storage requires separate consent.
You have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future.
