Frequently asked

01Does BUMIN guarantee a visa or employment?+

No. Employers and public authorities make those decisions. BUMIN guides the process professionally but cannot guarantee outcomes.

02What is the fast-track procedure under Section 81a?+

A statutory route that employers may initiate with the competent foreigners authority. Suitability depends on the individual case.

03Who can apply?+

International candidates with vocational training, a degree or relevant work experience can submit their profile for an initial assessment.

04Which documents are needed for an initial assessment?+

A CV, qualification certificates, work experience and language-level information are generally sufficient for an initial review. Official requirements depend on the individual route.

This depends on the profession and residence route. Recognition is often mandatory for regulated professions; other roles may require a comparability assessment.

06How does BUMIN support German employers?+

We structure staffing needs, coordinate pre-selection and guide the required steps around qualifications, procedures, entry and integration.

07What level of German is required?+

The required level depends on the profession, employer and procedure. Language development should be planned early for sustainable integration.

Yes. Depending on the agreed scope, support may cover orientation, registration, accommodation, authorities and the first steps at work.

09How are consulting fees determined?+

Recruitment is free of charge for companies. Services for applicants from Turkey are offered individually after an initial assessment; fixed prices are not published on the website.

010How long does the recruitment process take?+
